Good afternoon to all those who still follow us. Unfortunately, the staff and I have some bad news for you guys.
Aetherion will be put on hold as the we have run into problems concerning university and other projects. In the future we may pick it back up again, but for the time being it is not possible to continue the project. Just in case, we currently have all the files backed up.
We are sorry to deliver this news after such a long wait.

As one can guess, with only one PA who doesn’t have half as much free time as she’d like, things are moving slower than planned. But that isn’t going to stop me. ;D
Today I’ve begun work on starter clothes. Everyone will have these in their avatar sections when they join, and they will come in several colors (three of which are brown, black and white)! The work for this set is around 20% complete, and I’ll be giving you guys a little preview once it’s complete. 
Question: What’s the one color you love that other avatar sites seem to leave out? Leave your replies and they may become part of the basic palette!

We’ve hit a milestone for the site as we have finally finished the NPC designs for the two main factions for Aetherion’s storyline! I now introduce to you the new (re-designed by Kai) Tyrian of the Expedition faction, and Chome (designed by our pixel artist Velenva)! Both of these imagse are drawn and colored by Kai, who will be our main artist. Also we’ll be announcing our new additions to the staff soon!

We are close to unveiling the 2nd NPC, I’m currently working on the outline and the coloring will get done rather quickly. Also Tyrian the other faction leader NPC will be getting a quick recolor and update. There’s a lot of work done behind the scenes that we haven’t shown you yet but thanks for bearing with us!
Also I have set up a sidebar on the blog so you can look at different information as we get Aetherion up. Right now the hiring information can be found.

And again I apologize for taking awhile to release the site, after having staff sign up and leave repeatedly to help us out it gets tiring. Not to mention real life issues are popped up a lot. Here’s to a productive year!

Hello all, Happy Thanksgiving. Hope you all are able to eat lots of good food! So still waiting on the pixels, our artists says that we should expect a lot more progress after she is done with her finals early next month!
Hey all, since I haven’t found a coder yet, I’m not going to implement the new trade system when Alpha releases (becuase we’ll just have a big mess >:). I have completed updating the server so we are now just waiting on pixels and art. I hope to be able to reveal the new url/site to you all soon. Thanks for your patience.
